• Terracle is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials.

5. Customer Data

All data uploaded or managed by users (“Customer Data”) remains the property of the customer. Terracle acts solely as a data processor and does not claim ownership of Customer Data.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights to collect and process Customer Data.

6. Third-Party Services

Terracle CRM may integrate with third-party services such as analytics and monitoring tools (including Firebase). We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

All intellectual property rights related to Terracle CRM, including software, branding, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to Emax Technologies Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your account’s active period.

8. Service Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, Terracle CRM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terracle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
